Bus shuttle service to LSU football games will be in operation this season utilizing Hotard Coaches.

“I’m pleased the shuttle routes were restored in time for the first football game,” said LSU Athletic Director Joe Alleva said in a statement released Wednesday. “Hotard Coaches will provide good service to our fans and I am especially appreciative of the Downtown Business Association for stepping forward and making the downtown routes possible.”

LSU has contracted with Hotard Coaches to run its traditional football game day shuttle bus routes from Westmoreland Shopping Center and from Farr Park.  Also, LSU will operate its handicap shuttle service from Lot M near the LSU tennis courts to Tiger Stadium on game day.  LSU shares the costs of the Farr Park route with BREC.

Game day shuttles from downtown to LSU football games will once again be offered this season beginning three hours before kickoff. The buses will pick up fans at two sites: at North Boulevard and Third Street and at France and St. Phillip streets (on the side of the Sheraton Baton Rouge Convention Center). Round-trip tickets will be on sale at the Sheraton and Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center.

Round-trip tickets for all routes, except the handicap lot, will be $15 per person.
