Unemployment rates lower in BR, La.

New unemployment figures show that job losses are holding steady across the nation. The unemployment rate remained the same at 5.5 percent for June. Meanwhile in Louisiana, the statewide rate was four percent and the Baton Rouge rate lower at 3.5 percent.
