Jindal speaks about legislative session

Gov. Bobby Jindal spoke Tuesday about the latest legislative session, which will no doubt be remembered for the lawmaker pay raise that was passed. Jindal said he let the Legislature do its own thing this time around, but next session he promised to clamp down on their free-wheeling ways.
