Body found; police probe four shootings

A 22-year-old man was found shot to death on Bogan Walk on Saturday in a day marked by four shootings reported across Baton Rouge.
James Arthur, 22, of 1546 N. 35th St., was found about 2 p.m. lying in the grass beside a gray Chevrolet Avalanche, near Bogan Walk and 30th Street, said Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman Lt. Charles Armstrong.
While homicide detectives combed that crime scene, police investigated three other shootings, including one in which a victim was hit by gunfire.
A man was shot in the ankle in the 3900 block of Beechwood Street, but police have no motives or suspects, Armstrong said.
Police also responded to reported shootings in the 4000 block of Fairwood Street and the 2300 block of Cherry Street in which no one was struck.
Anyone with information on the shootings is asked to call police at (225) 389-4869 or Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-7867.
Authorities book 10 on DWI counts
Authorities arrested at least 10 people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 3 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.

- Donald Ray Wallace, 52, 9158 Sanford Lane, Slaughter, first-offense DWI, illegal carrying of a weapon, possession of marijuana and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
- Angela Christine Ward, 20, 2146 Belle Pointe Alley, first-offense DWI, improper lane usage, equipment violation and reckless operation of a vehicle.
- Marcus Terrell Smith, 27, 10463 Birchwood Drive, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
- Trevor Kyle Keboudeaux, 24, 127 Cedarwood Drive, Mandeville, first-offense DWI, U-turn limitations and reckless operation of a vehicle.
- Randall Wayne Olano, 21, 8395 Antioch St., second-offense DWI, speeding, improper lane usage and drinking in a motor vehicle.
- Marko Marjanovic, 23, 829 Daventry Drive, first-offense DWI, disobeying a red light and reckless operation of a vehicle.
- Kenneth Louis Webre II, 19, 12512 Percival Ave., first-offense DWI and failure to obey stop or yield sign.
