THIBODAUX — A 17-year-old woman and 47-year-old man were arrested on separate sex-related charges involving the same 14-year-old girl, Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre said in a news release Monday.

Johnny Lee Carcisse, 507 Ledet Drive, Thibodaux, was booked with forcible rape.

Lucille Hudson, 107 W. 103rd St., Cut Off, was booked with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Carcisse was the boyfriend of the girl’s aunt, with whom she lived, and allegedly raped the girl while the aunt was out of the house, the sheriff said.

The rape came to light after the 14-year-old girl cut herself with a razor and was taken to Thibodaux Regional Medical Center for treatment, Webre said. The self-inflicted injuries were not serious, the sheriff said.

During the investigation of the rape, detectives learned that Hudson had an ongoing sexual relationship with the 14-year-old girl.

Hudson, who at age 17 is considered legally an adult, confessed to having a continuing sexual relationship with the juvenile which included oral sex and “sex toys,” the sheriff said.

The crime of forcible rape carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison. Felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile as a maximum fine of $5,000 and a sentence of 10 years in prison.

Carcisse was being held in the Lafourche Parish Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.

Hudson was released on bond.
