Loop changes a mixed bag for residents

Changes to proposed routes for an interstate loop around the Baton Rouge area are a mixed bag for people in East Baton Rouge Parish. The changes will affect people in Baker and Central. While the loop moved away from some residential areas, it moved closer to others.
