LaCHIP looks to expand

The Louisiana Children's Health Insurance Program, known as LaCHIP, wants to give health insurance to more kids. About 650,000 kids are in LaCHIP, and about 6,500 more are expected to come on board with the expansion. Some doctors are concerned about the coverage plan.
