COVINGTON —  The Covington Farmers’ Market is open, rain or shine, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday on the side lawn of City Hall, 609 N. Columbia St. and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Wednesday at the Covington Trailhead, 419 N. New Hampshire.

Chef Sean Solomon, Chris Binnings and Lee Binnings of Tapatini’s Restaurant and Lounge in Covington will be the featured cooks at Saturday’s market. They will show how to prepare a Chorizo and Caramelized Leek-Stuffed Tartellete With Shaved Manchego Cheese served over Flash Fried Spinach.
