Livingston Farmers Market for July 9, 2009
DENHAM SPRINGS — The open-air Livingston Parish Farmers’ Market, located in the New Covenant Church parking lot on U.S. 190 (Florida Boulevard) across from McDonald’s, is open from 7 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.

Farmers and artisan food producers scheduled to be at Saturday’s market include:
- Everyday Delights — Jams, pies, cobblers, cakes-regular and sugarfree.
- Kemp Farms — Grain-fed, nonmedicated beef and yard eggs.
- Landry-Poche Farms — Squash, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and snap beans.
- Larry Boudreaux — Creole food mixes, jambalaya, gumbo, chili, meatloaf and dips.
- Lazy B Watermelon Farm — Watermelons.
- Linda Bennett — Amish friendship bread, tea cakes, cakes and brownies.
- Lisa Coussou — Hot pepper sauce and pepper jelly.
- Lloyd’s Smokehouse — Hog head cheese, bacon, boudin, andouille and fresh sausages.
- Nature’s Honey — Raw honey and creamed honey.
- Papa’s Popper — Kettle corn.
- Randy Ard Farm — Bell peppers, okra, tomatoes, squash and eggplant.
- Story’s Farm — Tomatoes, eggplant, onions, cucumbers, herbs, squash and peppers.
