Eat Your Vegetables for July 2, 2009
I came home from the Red Stick Farmers Market recently with a big bag of new potatoes. My favorite way of serving them is either rubbed with a little olive oil and baked in the oven or boiled and served with butter and fresh parsley.
I quickly looked on http://allrecipes.com, and this is the 20-minute recipe for Garlic Dill New Potatoes I selected.
I did not have any fresh dill on hand, but since I really like the flavor of dill, I used the dried dill, and it worked out just fine.
Butter, garlic and dill are a good blend of flavors, especially over potatoes.
