COVINGTON — The Covington Farmers Market is open, rain or shine, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday on the side lawn of City Hall, 609 N. Columbia St. It also is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Covington Trailhead, 419 N. New Hampshire.

Among vendors’ offerings  Saturday will be figs, blueberries, tomatoes, assorted lettuces, peppers, broccoli, eggplant, seafood, locally raised beef, dairy products and eggs.

Vendors will provide watermelons for sampling, and live music will be provided by The Leisure Kings.
