The Texas de Brazil restaurant, featuring a variety of grilled Brazilian-style beef and pork cuts, is scheduled to open at Perkins Rowe in November.

Decorated to create a rustic Brazilian atmosphere, the restaurant features 15 different meats grilled over an open fire, “Churrascaria style,” and carved tableside. Other specialties include chicken breast wrapped in bacon, rack of lamb and Brazilian sausage. In addition to traditional salad items, the salad bar offers black beans with pork, cheeses, marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts, and sushi.

Guests have a choice of two flat rates, $29.99 or $42.99.

The Perkins Rowe development, at 10155 Perkins Road at Bluebonnet Boulevard, is designed to resemble a small town with apartments, condos, restaurants, bars, shops, offices and an upscale market.
