The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry is taking pre-orders for its superior pine and hardwood tree seedlings grown at state nurseries in DeRidder, Columbia and Monroe.

The seedlings will be sold through next spring’s seedling harvesting on a first-come, first-served basis.

Seedlings will be available for pickup Dec. 15 through mid-February at the DeRidder, Columbia and Monroe state nurseries. Seedlings may be picked up at LDAF district offices in January and February. In Baton Rouge, that office is at 5825 Florida Blvd.

Order forms are available on the LDAF Web site, http://www.ldaf.la.gov.
