County officials, residents and business owners will have an environmentally friendly town that includes new wind and solar technology and harness geothermal heating.
Windows will allow more natural light as builders conserve energy with better insulation.
Silo-shaped buildings will be 70 percent more energy efficient.
Concrete foundations will withstand tornadic winds.
One builder dropped a Ford Escort 60 feet onto the roof of an Eco-Home … twice, with no damage.
