Slow-cooked Steak Roll offers lots of possibilities
This Steak Roll is one of those entrees you can dress up to look like it came from a gourmet magazine.
The slow-cooked main dish is easier to make than it looks, thanks to convenient frozen vegetables. Take your pick of the frozen vegetables you prefer. I used a mixed variety, but there are lots to choose from.
Another time-saving food product is used as a side to the rolled and stuffed steak. I’ve used a packaged rice mix that requires 90 seconds microwave time to cook.
Garnish with fruit and fresh herbs of choice.
