Deadlines

Creatives must arrive three business days prior to the start of the campaign.

General Rate Policy

  1. Publisher reserves the right to refuse copy.
  2. Rates are subject to revision at any time. Contract holders will be notified in writing 30 days prior.
  3. The publisher shall not be held liable for any damages, for any errors or for failure to publish.
  4. All online rates are non-commissionable, net due

Contract and Copy Regulations

  1. Purchaser agrees to furnish or approve all copy, art and other components necessary for advertisement prior to the deadlines established by the publisher.
  2. The publisher assumes no responsibility for the omission of any advertisement, or for any errors above the value of the actual space occupied by such error, in advertisement submitted after published deadlines. Credit will not be given for such errors. The publisher reserves the right to edit, alter or omit any advertisement.
  3. The advertiser agrees to indemnify the publisher against any and all liabilities and expenses, including payment of judgments and attorney's fees and costs arising from any and all claims involving the contents of any advertisements published.
  4. The advertiser agrees to assume sold responsibility for statements contained in his copy and to protect Capital City Press, LLC and Louisiana Broadcasting, LLC against any and all liability, loss or expense arising out of claims of libel, unfair trade practices, unfair competition, infringement of trademarks, names of patents, copyrights and all violations of the right of privacy resulting from publication of the advertiser's copy.
  5. 2theadvocate.com has a 30-day written notice cancellation policy for all contract buys.

Terms of Payment

With established credit, net account to be paid in full by the 15th of the month following service.
